Gold Needle Ltd was founded by Olga Trojan in 2012 and has since grown into a respected, family-run tailoring and alterations atelier in London.

With over 40 years of experience in the fashion and tailoring industry, Olga is highly regarded for her technical expertise in pattern cutting, garment construction, and couture-level alterations. Her career includes working with some of London’s most established tailoring houses, including companies appointed as manufacturers of coats and uniforms to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as well as collaborations with Savile Row and Alterations Boutique Ltd.

Gold Needle is known for delivering meticulous craftsmanship across a wide range of garments — from everyday tailoring to complex bridal, couture, and vintage alterations. The atelier has worked closely with wedding dress designers and vintage bridal specialists, ensuring each piece is altered with sensitivity to its design, structure, and history.

The studio has also provided professional tailoring and alteration services to the television and entertainment industry, including work for British television productions and award appearances, such as the British Television Awards. This experience reflects Gold Needle’s ability to meet the highest standards under demanding conditions, where precision, discretion, and attention to detail are essential.
